Where is your shop located?
1768 Peninsula Rd, Ucluelet, BC, Canada.
Why does my package say it came from somewhere other than Ucluelet?
We are currently using a print-on-demand service (Printful) to
fulfill the majority of our online orders, as we are a small independent shop
located in Ucluelet, and don’t as of yet have the capacity to handle all the
online demand. Printful has fulfillment centres in Canada, US and Europe,
so your item may be printed in somewhere like Latvia or Ontario. Thanks
for supporting a li’l shop like us!
Do I have to pay customs?
Sometimes you may have to pay customs duty fees on certain items
if they ship from outside your country.
Why did I have to pay customs?
Your order may have been printed at a fulfilment centre outside of
your country. Rates vary depending on value of the order and countries
involved. We can’t always control where it gets printed although we do
try to pay attention to where items get made and try to source them as close
geographically as possible.
How do I best care for my garment?
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle
cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when
necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

How long will my order take?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be printed and shipped to
If you are looking for a tracking number, it should be attached to an email that gets sent out when your order is shipped. If you can't find the tracking number, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We can offer expedited shipping for many items, but not all. Depending on your location you will see a selection of different shipping options at checkout. If you want to see all possible options, you need to enter a phone number. If you did not enter a phone number, some options may not show up since certain carriers require a phone number. If you already made an order and were hoping to upgrade the shipping speed, email us at email@example.com with the order number and your phone number and we'll see what we can do.

What can I do with a digital download?
Digital Products are for personal use only. Please feel free to print your download as many times as you'd like. For any public display of the content please use attribution to Piña. For commercial use please contact us for written permission. All sales of digital products are final due to the immediate access and nature of digital products. Thanks so much for your interest in our art!
